Rates For Internal and External Users
Glossary
An internal user is any user who pays for facilities access, equipment rentals, and consumables using a UNM index .
An external user is any user who pays using a funding source other than a UNM index .
An unassisted rate applies when a user is fully trained.
An assisted rate applies when staff assistance or training is involved.
The billing cycle runs from the 16th of the month to the 15th of the next month.
